CW2020 Employee Newsletter Vol. 5, No. 2
On October 12, Columbia Water held its last quarterly customer drop-in of 2017 in the Customer Care area of Washington Square. The event drew customers with issues ranging from billing irregularities to concerns about new sewer line replacement projects that could impact their property. Representatives from Columbia Water and consulting firms were on hand to discuss upcoming sewer infrastructure projects. City Customer Care Representatives were also present to help customers with billing questions.
Columbia Water holds four Capital Improvement Project/Customer Care drop-ins per yearto inform the community about upcoming improvement projects and provide a face-to-face opportunity to ask questions. The events are open to the general public and customers who may be directly impacted by CIP projects receive invitations through the mail. The next drop-in is tentatively scheduled for April 11, 2018.
