Metro Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Laboratory Supervisor Sarah Hickman and Chief Operator Adrian Martin demonstrated their Hach Water Information Management Solution (WIMS) dashboards during a user group gathering at the plant on October 27, 2015. This event, sponsored by Hach, brought together Hach WIMS users and people interested in learning more about the dashboard. 

Hickman and Martin developed the dashboards to manage laboratory data, chemical use, and chemical inventory. Hach WIMS online process data also helps optimize Metro WWTP process control and plant performance while engaging operations staff. Hickman and Martin have been key in developing the layout and functionality of the Hach WIMS dashboards. Hach representatives were extremely impressed by the WWTP team’s accomplishments with the platform to-date and feel it represents a new standard for the use of Hach WIMS.
