Project Description:

This project provides program management services related to the City’s Clean Water Columbia Consent Decree Compliance and Infrastructure Improvements Program. This initiative provides a framework for supporting several areas, including developing and implementing the program; complying with Consent Decree monitoring and reporting requirements; providing technical support and oversight; coordinating and overseeing design consultants and construction contractors; and supporting the City with facility and collection system operations and maintenance assistance. This project is considered a capital expense because the majority of the fee supports the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects.
