Project Description:
SCDOT proposes to widen Leesburg Road from 719 feet west of S-88 (Fairmont Road) to 705 feet east of S-37 (Lower Richland Boulevard), a distance of approximately 3.9 miles. The proposal includes improving five lanes (four travel lanes with a center turn lane), adding curb and gutter and storm drainage, and improving intersections.
