Clean Water 2020 will address the City’s aging infrastructure and capacity issues in order to improve water quality and restore reliability and efficiency to the City’s wastewater system.

To address the challenge, Clean Water 2020 has committed to a five-phase project cycle. This cycle ensures that the program complies with the federal consent decree and meets its top goal to reduce the occurrences of SSOs.
