Project Summary: The City of Columbia, through its contractors, is in the process of designing an upgrade along Upper Mill Creek. This upgrade will be designed to meet the increasing demands from customers and prevent overflows. Design is scheduled to be completed by Summer 2017 with construction to follow.

The City of Columbia, as part of Clean Water 2020, is holding a public meeting for residents along Upper Mill Creek, including Kingston Ridge, Mallard Landing, Creekside, Trotwood and Berkley Forest neighborhoods. This project will have a direct impact on residents along the proposed project alignment. You are encouraged to attend to learn more about the sewer system upgrade and provide input to the project designers.   Project: SS7330
