Project Summary: The City of Columbia, as part of Clean Water 2020, is contracting with Thomas & Hutton Engineering to design an upgrade to a sanitary sewer main in your area. This upgrade will help the city meet increasing sewer demands while reducing sanitary sewer overflows.
Local residents and businesses in the Whitehall community between Harbison Boulevard and Piney Grove Road are encouraged to drop-in to learn more about the sewer system upgrade. Project #: SS7331
