A Program Of The

City Of Columbia

Project Description: The WWD is seeking a centralized and streamlined Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that provides a consolidated but comprehensive view of its wastewater infrastructure, including asset location, asset nameplate information, work histories, inspections, and condition information in order to support long‐term budget forecasting, metrics, and regulatory compliance. In order to attain this vision and meet the requirements associated with the CD, the Clean Water 2020 program identified upwards of 50 short‐ and long‐term recommendations to transform the current implementation of Cityworks. It is anticipated that this transformation will take approximately five years to complete, and the highest priority recommendations, which have the most direct impact on the CD, are slated for the first two years of the program. The recommendations with the lower‐priority will focus on extending the functionality of the system to allow the WWD to take advantage of advanced functionality, operational efficiencies, and optimized business processes. Total Current Contract Value is $500,000.00.

Public Benefit: Efficient Operations; Regulatory Compliance.
